The building comprises 19 gabled houses and 8 wing houses, which can be used for vacations or permanent residence. Total floor area for this phase is 3,375 m² and construction has no basement.
Residential facilities Hjørringvej, Nørresundby
A 3 storey building with partial basement and includes 34 homes in 3 units with associated welfare and common areas for mentally challenged.
Total floor area is approx 3,090 m² including basement.
Bredegade 18, Aalborg
The renovation includes a 4-storey house on a corner with six 4-room apartments and two commercial leases. Total floor area is approx 1,000 m² and the building is partly with basement. For several years the building has been sinking and this was the case until the renovation.
The building was stabilized with steel piles under the facades and with extra props from steel beams and columns.
Day Care Centers
Day care in Storvorde
The building includes an institution which will accommodate 60 preschool children. The building is approx 425 m² with a preschool section divided into 3 groups with activity room, a common area, a kitchen unit and a staff area. In addition, the design of aprox. 200 m route as gateway til the day car center.
Day care, Skydebanevej
The building includes an institution which will accommodate 50 nursery children and 50 preschool children. The building is approx 950 m² and is divided into a nursery section and a preschool section, where each includes the 4 groups; activity room, a common area, a kitchen unit and a staff area.
Day care Bornholmsgade
The building includes an institution which will accommodate 45 nursery children and 90 preschool children. The building is approx 1,130 m² and is divided into 3 children houses, an activity area, a common square, a kitchen unit and a staff area.
Culture and assembly rooms
Lindholm Høje Museum
An extension on 970 m² gross floor area of the existing museum including exhibition room, auditorium, foyer, toilets and storage room, etc. 760 m² is located with the roof below the surface of the earth.
The project included establishing the design and installation principles of structural design, electrical and custom installation, water, heating, sanitation, inside drainage, ventilation and drainage and later detailed project design.
Nordkraft
Conversion of the former power plant Nordkraft to a center for culture, leisure, sports and more. 3 large 14 storey building complexes with a total floor area of 28,000 m² are included in the conversion. The completed building will among other things encompass a music school, an art school, a theater, after school classes, an evening school, a cinema, concert halls, martial arts and much more plus room for approx 25 small businesses.
The project included establishing the design and installation principles for structural design, electrical and custom installation, water, heating, sanitation, inside drainage, ventilation and drainage and later detailed project design.
Furthermore, fire technical counseling and documentation, issuing of fire strategy report and analysis by CFD simulations and evacuation simulations were included.
Kjellerupsgade, Aalborg (Nordkraft)
Kjellerupsgade was rerouted in connection with conversion of the cultural center Nordkraft,
This street will make up the main entrance to the Nordkraft. The total area is approx 3000 m².
We have as a counselor conducted the design of pavement, concrete walls, rainwater pipes in terrain and coordination of pipes in terrain.
FDF outdoor center, Sletten
Construction of FDF outdoor center Sletten, which is a beautiful building located at Julsø by Himmelbjerget and which is elegantly integrated in the scenic surroundings by among other things the use of wood and stone both inside and outside.
The main building is built of strong full timber constructions covered by the oblique roof surfaces. Furthermore, the building is heated with a large geothermal heating system. The total floor area is approx 1,200 m².
Commercial buildings
Texman, Aalborg
The building includes a new administration building at approx 2,140 m² divided between four displaced levels and new warehouse buildings at approx 3,040 m², which is built in connection to the existing warehouse building at approx 1,990 m².
Gøteborgvej, Aalborg
The building includes a new administration building at approx 812 m² divided between 2 levels.
The building is split into 3 tenancies.
Educational institutions
Aalborg Business College, Langagervej, Aalborg
The construction includes expansion of the existing business college with a new two storey extension with partial basement and connecting corridors.
The building has a total area including basement of approx 4,010 m² and encompasses classrooms, computer room, group work room, areas for study, common areas, toilets, store room, plant room and a new main entrance.
